About the Role

As a Graduate Territory Manager, you will forge positive partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet retail, and emerging e-commerce customers, servicing independent, state, and national key accounts. You will seek to grow market share by acquiring new business opportunities and represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings, and seminars to achieve increased distribution, recommendation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory management plans to drive sales growth and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including veterinary clinics, pet retail, and e-commerce partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings, and seminars to achieve increased distribution, recommendation, and sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field
  • Recent graduate with some sales experience in FMCG, veterinary, or pharmaceutical companies
  • Valid driver's license required
