About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Heng & Hurst as a Territory Sales Manager. This is a full-time permanent position responsible for managing our NSW South territory and driving sales growth in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the NSW South territory.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our medical device products and provide training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and clinical support, to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Business Acumen and Territory Management: Strong business acumen and territory management experience, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Clinical Aptitude and Customer Service: Sound clinical aptitude and focus on customer service, with the ability to provide expert advice and support to customers.
