Job Summary:
Customer Service Team LeaderThis role is based in Malaga, WA and involves supporting and leading the customer service team.
You will build effective relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring seamless operations and problem-solving.
- Lead the customer service team to achieve excellence.
- Manage orders, enquiries, and issues efficiently.
- Solve problems for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and production for wholesale requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or similar industries (advantageous).
- Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- A practical mindset with an eye for process improvement.
