About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be based in our head office and will join a proactive team supporting Retail Partners and Customers.

The position requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ANZ Customer Service Team to ensure they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and optimize customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role leading a team
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and professional disposition
