
Customer Service Team Lead

This is an exciting chance for a seasoned customer service professional to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The job involves supporting the State Manager, leading the customer service team, and playing a key role in developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include:
- Managing telephone sales by taking orders and providing over-the-phone quotations.
- Project coordination, scheduling, and attending to other customer service and project-related activities.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the customer service team to achieve excellence.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring orders, enquiries, and issues are managed efficiently.
- Solving problems and finding solutions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution.
- A proven track record of leadership skills, inspiring and guiding teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with an eye for process improvement.
