- Maintain accurate records on CRM platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing support teams in call centre or online environments.
- Able to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve systems and processes.
