**About the Role**

We have an opening for a Project Administrator to support one of our Power and Transmission sites in North Queensland. The position will be based on site on a FIFO roster. The successful candidate will provide administration and documentation support as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports, and handling information requests.
  • Timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense claims on behalf of site staff.
  • Assist in managing rosters, including data entry and record checking.
  • SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals, and queries.
  • Assist with collecting and collating timesheet information.
  • Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing, and daily diary management.
  • Purchase of materials, equipment, and consumables, including coordination of delivery to site.
  • Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees, and public, ensuring positive interaction.

**About You**

You should possess:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administration role.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Any experience in SAP will be highly regarded for the role.
