About the Role:

This position involves managing and coordinating supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines to meet quality requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving their career further and gaining industry-relevant experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a degree-level qualification in Engineering (Civil) and 5 years' experience in project delivery across mid-to-large-scale civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure all quality requirements are met
  • Track daily costs and budgets to understand cost to complete
  • Liaise with community, council, and service authorities
  • Capture and issue variations and EOTs as needed
  • Identify design and constructability issues and provide efficient solutions considering stakeholder interests

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Engineering (Civil)
  • 5 years' experience in project delivery across mid-to-large-scale civil projects
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve while managing stakeholder interests
  • Professional acumen and exceptional communication skills
  • Safety focus and flexibility to operate between numerous projects
