Job Role: Senior Project Officer in Regional Engagement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage the Director's diary and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation for engagement forums and update SharePoint folders.
  • Support regional staff with project coordination and provide strategic linkages.
  • Process HR and finance tasks, collate data for business reports, and identify opportunities to improve admin systems.
