Project Coordinator - Civil Construction

Assume a leadership role in the delivery of large-scale civil construction projects in the Toowoomba region. With a focus on sustainability, our team builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination of civil construction teams and subcontractors to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role on civil construction projects.
  • Knowledge and skills in bulk earthworks, pipework, road construction, and concreting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Construction Industry Card (White / Blue).
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Relevant plant machinery tickets are highly regarded.
  • A commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Safe Work Practices.
