Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally savvy leader to drive exceptional service delivery, financial performance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards across national customer contracts.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead financial and operational performance, drive business analysis and development, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

About This Role
  • Lead financial and operational performance across national customer contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Drive business analysis and development, including profitability reviews, rate negotiations, and new business proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, including audits, SOPs, and quality documentation.
Your Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess several years' experience in logistics and business management, ideally in a national or multi-site capacity. They will have strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis, as well as proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance across diverse operations.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, as well as a degree in business management, accounting, or economics (desirable).
