The **National Logistics Analyst** is a new position created in the National Logistics team. This role will report to the Logistics Systems Manager and will provide support to the team. The National Logistics Analyst will support and be responsible for Data Integrity & Master Data, Process Improvements, Creation and Maintenance of National Logistic Services and Auditing

This role is a **full-time, permanen**t opportunity

**FLEXIBLE LOCATION, **role can be based in **Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth**

**Data Integrity & Master Data**
- Provide support across the business for the creation and maintenance of material master data records.
- Ensuring data integrity and completeness across various logistics and operational systems.

**Process Improvement - Data Structure**
- Collaborate across business functions to identify opportunities for data and process integration; evaluate and make recommendations regarding proposed design modifications
- Drive the development and implementation of standard, common approaches to managing asset data across all asset classes.
- Provide direction and advice on asset data and records management, governance, and compliance.

**Creation and maintenance of National Logistics services**
- Creation/maintenance of truck/vendor lists
- National Truck / Yellow Machine Purchasing; including
- Assisting with procurement efforts
- Ownership of general specification documents

**Disposals/valuations**

**Providing timely reports to the business; including**
- Compliance Scorecards
- Performance Scorecards
- Truck Forecasting and Planning
- Additional ad-hoc analysis and reports as required

**Auditing**
- Completing internal checklists and audits; raising exceptions with regional operations teams
- Administering and tracking of the Driver Monitoring/Intervention Program in line with the Safe Transport Strategy
