About this Opportunity:
Box Hill Institute is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Support Officer to join our team. As a Learning Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing learning support services to students with disability and/or a health condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in a way that supports a high-quality learning experience
- Provide individualized support to students with varying needs
- Work collaboratively with educational delivery staff to enhance student learning outcomes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of assistive technologies and study aids
- Refer complex issues or matters to the Student Accessibility Support Coordinator
