Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Process Improvement Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Global Supply department, you will be responsible for enhancing our account reconciliation process and resolving associated queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate query resolution
  • Clear communication with selling partners, suppliers, and customers
  • Supplier account reconciliation and associated queries
  • Financial and operational analysis and investigation
  • Procurement support

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts payable or similar roles, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in various systems, including Microsoft Excel and workflow tools. A great ability to problem solve and effective communicator is essential for this position.
