Finance Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Improvement Specialist to join our ERP Design & Implementation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on process improvement projects and associated system changes, while supporting the Manager with key tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse business requirements relating to relevant applications and business procedures, including stakeholder engagement to ensure requirements are fully identified.
- Write discussion, recommendation, and requirement papers.
- Determine content and submit change requests to CTG as required.
- Prepare and review business procedure documentation to ensure it reflects process/system changes.
- Act as a key resource in system change/upgrade and related projects.
- Prepare communications required to support process and system changes.
- Deliver training as required to key user groups.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have attention to detail and focus on high-quality output.
- You have demonstratable experience in solving complex problems.
- You are a team player and also comfortable working with your own autonomy.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience will include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP or other integrated systems.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
