The Role:
As a Junior Business Improvement Consultant, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes that drive business growth. You'll work closely with our Senior Business Analyst and Director of Risk and Business Improvement to deliver projects that make a real impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring project progress and managing project documentation and reporting
- Facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders
- Manage individual projects as required
- Research and evaluate solutions to improve business processes
- Build relationships within the business and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to effectively document business processes
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflow using AI and other automation
- Understand business needs and challenges
- Contribute to the development of test plans and perform test execution as required
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with experience in project coordination, project management, and planning, organizing, and structuring work. You'll need strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be willing to build successful relationships. Attention to detail, good analytical and evaluative skills, and the ability to problem-solve are also essential.
