Our client, a well-established brand in the racing industry, is seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join their team in the Sydney CBD. As a major regulatory body, they require someone to improve their processes and manage change on a contract basis.

The Role
As a Process and Business Improvement Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with employees to understand their roles and develop job descriptions and parameters.
  • Collaborating with managers to understand different areas of the business.
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensuring new processes are functional and meet business needs.
  • Designing and mapping workflow processes.
To Succeed in This Role
  • Proven success in process improvement, with experience in end-to-end management and autonomous work.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with varying personalities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
