Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Fintech Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success. As an Fintech Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets by taking a solution-based sales approach to warm small business finance inquiries. You will work closely with our internal teams to provide expert advice and support to our customers, helping them to compare and apply for lending products.

Daily Tasks

  • Helping small business customers compare and apply for lending products
  • Delivering excellent service to customers
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets within designated KPI's
  • Building & maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of new & improved processes
  • Building and nurturing a book of clients to create repeat business
  • Acting as an ambassador of Valiant's three core values: Be Customer Champions, Get $#@* Done and Thrive in the Pride

Requirements

  • Proven ability to effectively influence over the phone & achieve monthly quotas
  • Previous experience in a sales, dealership or brokerage
  • Good commercial acumen & working knowledge of asset finance products
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with strong negotiation skills
  • Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 plus uncapped commission structure, allowing for unlimited earning potential. In addition to this, we offer flexible work from home arrangements, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a fun, open-plan office environment.
