At BSI, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to lead our ANZ region to sustainable growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve profitable revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to capture leads and develop unique service solutions that lead the market.
  • Work closely with operation delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and coordinate with country and regional sales teams to align strategy and tactics.
  • Identify new areas of business growth and implement new product go-to-market strategies.

Candidate Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong customer relationship exploration, maintenance, and development skills.
  • Self-discipline, with good planning and organizing capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
