Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in managing insurance repair projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, assessing damage, and overseeing the repair process to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Your primary focus will be on compiling detailed project scopes, pricing, and schedules, while maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will also be required to conduct site assessments, provide accurate causation reports, and develop comprehensive quotations with itemized scope of works and budget breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors to assess damage and develop project plans
  • Compile and manage project documentation, including scopes of work, budgets, and timelines
  • Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and feasibility
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working with construction-related software and technology
  • Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, Australian Standards, and WHS protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
