JP Flynn Builders is an Australian owned company that has a primary focus on the provision of high volume and high quality domestic insurance repairs for over 35 years. With the support of Australia's largest personal insurers, we are seeking to grow even further in 2025.

Due to further client expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Repair Coordinator to join our Victorian team based in our Oakleigh Office. There is a great variety of tasks associated with the role and we are looking for someone who is interested in growing with our company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating and scheduling a variety of trades, suppliers and contractors.
  • Managing work orders, supplier invoices and project invoices.
  • Working closely with our onsite Project Managers.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Review and submit reports and quotes.
  • Establishing and building excellent relationships between JP Flynn and its clients and customers.

As the ideal applicant, you must have:

  • Previous experience working within the construction (commercial or residential), property management, warranties, repairs, facilities management or insurance sectors (or similar).
  • Exposure to handling multiple projects and an ability to multi-task.
  • Great communication, customer service & time management skills
  • PC skills.
