Insurance Building Manager Major Loss Projects

Lease your expertise to drive the repair and construction of complex projects. As a Building Supervisor in our commercial insurance division, you will oversee multiple major loss projects from start to finish.

We're seeking a skilled professional with trade qualifications or experience managing building or insurance projects. Your strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage stakeholders and grow relationships with Loss Adjusters and Insurers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the repair build process on a portfolio of complex, major loss and commercial insurance construction repair projects
  • Maintaining open communication across all stakeholders and ensuring ongoing work
  • Supporting estimators in developing major bids

We offer flexible working arrangements that allow you to work from home while still collaborating with the team.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A trade qualification or experience supervising/project managing building or insurance works
  • Commercial experience is desirable but not essential
  • Confident using technology and providing excellent customer service
