About the Opportunity
We're seeking a highly organised and collaborative Project Manager to lead our Guidewire implementation on a 14-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance. This role offers a hybrid working model and plays a critical role in coordinating internal delivery across one of Adica's most significant technology transformation programs.
Reporting to both the Guidewire Project Manager and the Adica Program Director, you'll act as the central point of coordination for Adica's internal teams. You'll manage planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project milestones, strategic objectives, and internal priorities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a major platform implementation and contribute to the successful delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite across the business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Coordinating Adica resources involved in the Guidewire-related project, ensuring alignment with delivery milestones and internal priorities.
Supporting the Guidewire Project Manager and Program Director with planning, reporting, and execution of Adica workstreams.
Facilitating collaboration between business units, technology teams, and internal partners to ensure successful delivery.
Managing project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports to support governance and transparency.
Tracking and reporting progress of Adica deliverables, escalating risks and issues as required.
Organising and leading internal meetings, workshops, and decision forums to support project execution.
Ensuring adherence to Adica's project delivery standards, change management processes, and compliance requirements.
Contributing to continuous improvement in project coordination and stakeholder engagement practices.
What You'll Bring
3–5 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role, ideally within technology or insurance transformation programs.
Proven ability to coordinate internal resources and manage delivery across multiple workstreams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations Guidewire experience highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business units and technical teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience working in the insurance industry or other regulated environments is advantageous.
A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement in project delivery and team collaboration.
