We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential administrative support to our lawyers, enabling them to excel in their work.

About the Position:

Clyde & Co offers a unique opportunity for Administrative Assistants to develop their skills and grow within the company. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Duties:
  • Assist lawyers with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, managing emails, and coordinating meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements, manage diaries, and prepare expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate records, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in business administration (desired).
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $72,000 - $92,000 per annum.
