About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available to a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as our Operational Director for the Sydney office. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations, overseeing various tasks and responsibilities with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The primary duties of this position include:

  • Managing office operations, including meeting room allocation, building access, grocery orders, maintaining office tidiness, and coordinating travel and deliveries.
  • Administering furniture and equipment inventory, overseeing building contracts, monitoring utilities, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Fostering a positive work culture by proactively identifying opportunities for community engagement, driving participation through internal communication platforms and social media, coordinating community lunches, and assisting leadership with company-wide announcements.
  • Cultivating an inclusive workplace that unifies stakeholders and leadership, articulating and representing Endava's values to foster a positive work culture.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for guests and clients, conducting tours of the office space.
  • Collaborating with the People Experience and Marketing teams to plan internal and external events, meetups, conferences, and celebrations that align with Endava's cultural values.
  • Supporting new starters with onboarding and providing a warm welcome to the team.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to support operational projects within the region.
  • Maintaining health, safety, and security compliance, serving as a security and fire marshal, and providing first aid when necessary.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in using Office365, MS Teams, and Viva Engage.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer:

  • A competitive salary of AU$110,000 - AU$130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
