Job Opportunity

As a technical support professional, you will play a vital role in the delivery of contracts and collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems, ensuring effective project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support on standalone power system product development
  • Preparing designs, drawings, plans, and specifications for each project as required
  • Undertaking technical specification reviews and resolving non-conformances as required
  • Participating in customer and contractor meetings and leading the resolution of technical issues

The successful candidate will have an electrical background and strong technical capability, including experience in resolving technical problems, effective customer relationship management, and communication and negotiation skills. Experience working on solar power installation and design projects will be highly regarded.
