About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Business Partner to champion our commitment to being a learning organisation. This dynamic role involves designing and delivering impactful early careers initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement early careers programs that support the development of young people.
  • Develop and manage graduate work experience schemes.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and excellence within the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing and managing early careers programs.
  • Passion for talent development and creating opportunities for young people.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
