Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Professional, where you will be responsible for engaging, attracting, recruiting and onboarding early talent to our graduate and undergraduate programs.
You will work closely with a team of passionate professionals to develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, ensuring that we source high-calibre candidates who share our values.
The ideal candidate will have previous talent acquisition experience, a passion for early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring. You will also be confident communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
- Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition, ensuring that diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in our processes and programs
- Facilitate an excellent candidate experience, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
- Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio, cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
- Lead and present at a large number of internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs and industry roundtables
- Previous talent acquisition experience
- A passion for early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring
- Confidence communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
