Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled Early Careers Recruitment Specialist to drive the recruitment of top talent across various practices. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our business through strategic hiring and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective graduate and internship programs aligned with business objectives
- Design and execute campus engagement strategies to elevate the employer brand and attract diverse candidates
- Manage high-volume recruitment cycles ensuring seamless candidate experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders and learning teams to shape early careers development journeys
- Represent the organization at events, career fairs, and university partnerships
- 3-5 years' experience in early careers or graduate recruitment preferably within tech, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environments
- Strong background in high-volume hiring and managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Experience driving on-campus presence and engagement strategies
- Able to build credibility with both early talent and senior stakeholders
- Passionate about early careers, proactive, and data-led mindset
