Early Careers Talent Attraction Specialist

Job Title: Early Careers Talent Acquisition Expertise

This is a 12-month contract position in Sydney, where you will be part of a team that engages, attracts, recruits and onboards early talent to our graduate and undergraduate programs.

The successful candidate will work alongside passionate professionals to develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, sourcing high-calibre candidates. They will deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition, ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in our processes and programs.

You will facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates. You will manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Sydney, cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Maintaining value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations is also key to this role. You will lead and present at numerous internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs and industry roundtables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
• Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs
• Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact no matter what the outcome, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
• Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Sydney, cultivating strong relationships with your internal stakeholders
• Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
• Leadand present ata large number ofinternal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables. Deploy our in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with program development, learning design and facilitation.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous talent acquisition experience. A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring is essential. You must be confident communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.

You should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Complex and creative problem-solving skills, embracing change and continuous learning are also required.
