We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Language Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to a diverse range of clients in Sydney, NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique requirements.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address client needs and monitor progress.
- Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
