About You :
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Drivers' Licence
- Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Position Summary :
This role involves delivering efficient, evidence-based clinical services to a caseload of clients funded by the NDIS, Medicare, and private operators. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, taking ownership of your practice and meeting clinical targets.

Job Responsibilities :
- Paediatric caseload primarily working with ages 2-18, conducting initial consultations with parents or caregivers
- Liaising with parents or caregivers to establish child and family-centred goals
- Conducting therapy sessions to support children achieving their goals
- Developing resources for therapy and home programs
- Liaising with other professionals involved in the child's care
- Managing client-related responsibilities (approximately 70% of time), with remainder allocated for administrative duties and continued learning
- Providing speech and language consultation and oversight of programs
- Providing direct speech and language therapy, training and supporting clients to run goals and interventions
- Administering speech and language assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans for referrals
- Conducting termly speech and language screeners within the local community
- Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing progress and therapy plans
- Undertaking professional development, including self-reflection
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
- Complying with company policies and procedures

Benefits :
We offer a highly competitive salary package of $78,000 - $100,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation. In addition, you will receive an incentive program (commissions) which can add an average of $3000 to your annual salary, as well as:
