About You :

  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Drivers' Licence
  • Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

Position Summary :

This role involves delivering efficient, evidence-based clinical services to a caseload of clients funded by the NDIS, Medicare, and private operators. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, taking ownership of your practice and meeting clinical targets.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Paediatric caseload primarily working with ages 2-18, conducting initial consultations with parents or caregivers
  • Liaising with parents or caregivers to establish child and family-centred goals
  • Conducting therapy sessions to support children achieving their goals
  • Developing resources for therapy and home programs
  • Liaising with other professionals involved in the child's care
  • Managing client-related responsibilities (approximately 70% of time), with remainder allocated for administrative duties and continued learning
  • Providing speech and language consultation and oversight of programs
  • Providing direct speech and language therapy, training and supporting clients to run goals and interventions
  • Administering speech and language assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans for referrals
  • Conducting termly speech and language screeners within the local community
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing progress and therapy plans
  • Undertaking professional development, including self-reflection
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
  • Complying with company policies and procedures

Benefits :

We offer a highly competitive salary package of $78,000 - $100,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation. In addition, you will receive an incentive program (commissions) which can add an average of $3000 to your annual salary, as well as:
