This is a unique opportunity to strengthen and develop your clinical expertise by providing assessments and therapeutic interventions to individuals with neurological disorders and other types of disabilities.

  • As a Clinical Therapist, you will assess client needs, design therapy plans, and advocate on their behalf, working collaboratively with clients, families, and caregivers in community settings and clinics.

A Typical Day:

You may work with participants with various conditions, including Autism, Post-Stroke, and Parkinson's disease, supporting them in improving their lives through targeted therapies.

  • Providing treatment to individuals with a range of needs, including adult and child language, social communication, and swallowing/dysphagia, using Assistive Augmentative Communication devices.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, to share knowledge and ideas.

  • A Team Leader will assist you in settling into your new role and office, while a Clinical Supervisor provides regular clinical support and guides your professional development activities.
  • You will have a buddy in your office to answer any questions and a supportive multidisciplinary team to collaborate with and learn from.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek driven, autonomous, and passionate professionals who are comfortable working in a high-growth business. Ideal candidates approach their work with flexibility and adaptability, are people-focused, and want to be part of something bigger.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and 1+ years post-qualification experience (3+ years for Senior Positions).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Evidence of Speech Pathology Australia Registration, Police Check, and Working with Children Check.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 – $130,000 per annum, an iPhone and laptop for flexible working, and a designated therapy kit for community-based work.
