About Words in Motion Speech Pathology :
We are a private paediatric speech pathology clinic dedicated to supporting children with communication challenges. Our team of experienced professionals is passionate about helping kids develop the skills they need to succeed.
**Role Summary** :
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate/Early Career Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work closely with our senior clinicians to provide comprehensive assessment and implementation of custom therapy programs for your clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paediatric communication disorders and a passion for delivering evidence-based practice. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
**Key Responsibilities** :
Provide communication consultation and oversight of programs to both therapist teams and clients under the supervision of senior speech pathologists
Be open to learning and enhancing learning capabilities through administering varied case loads
Provide therapy to clients within program models
Administer speech and language assessments, develop and implement therapy plans for any speech and language referrals
Monitor, evaluate, and review progress and therapy plans
Undertake appropriate training and development, including self-reflection
Work collaboratively within teams to provide holistic therapy programs
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Demonstrate a commitment to meeting client and organisational expectations
Achieve and maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times

**Requirements** :
Punctual, reliable, and committed individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia and a current Drivers' Licence
National Police check (NPC) and Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Strong knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and ability to work within a team and autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create efficient systems and meet targets
Highly developed attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
