Speech Pathologist

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Pathologist - Community Focused Therapist to join our client, a special school with a mission focused on education and development. The ideal candidate will work in small class sizes with children with mild to severe disabilities, combining their clinical knowledge with that of other professionals to achieve joint goals.
The role involves working with students aged 5-18 years, using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) particularly Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP). This is a non-clinical role with minimal one-on-one therapy, requiring daily application of clinical skills and knowledge, as well as liaison with allied health professionals.
About Our ClientOur client is a well-equipped special school with brand new therapy spaces for allied health therapies, including speech and language pathology. They offer comprehensive individual learning programs for students at all stages of learning, from foundational skills to advanced academic and social skills.

As a Speech Pathologist - Community Focused Therapist, you will be part of this collaborative team, working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic learning environment.
