Trust Account Manager

As a client relationship manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in the management of trust accounts. This role requires a thorough understanding of client needs and circumstances to effectively manage their accounts.
About the Role- Establish long-term relationships with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and manage trust accounts, ensuring awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver high-quality service and enhance client experience.
- Seek input from senior team members and specialists to resolve complex matters in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of fiduciary principles and risk management practices in a financial services environment.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in trustee, financial services, risk management, dispute resolution or legal environments.
- Proven track record of working in a client-centric business environment.
