Strata Trust Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Trust Accounts professional to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strata trust accounting and excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage daily tasks and interact with stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage all strata trusts and commercial trust accounts efficiently.
    • Perform daily receipting and bank reconciliation with accuracy.
    • Issue monthly and quarterly levy invoices on time.
    • Prepare and send daily banking and mail updates.
    • Generate EOM reports for Licensee as per requirements.
    • Process payment runs for creditors promptly.
    • Send and process invoices and recovery invoices accurately.
    • Support End of Month and End of Year processing activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in strata trust accounting is required.
  • Proficiency in using Xero, StrataMaster, Cirrus8 is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.
  • The ability to hit the ground running is a must.
