About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Relationship/Trust Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional service in the management of their Trust accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients, as well as the ability to monitor and manage large books of accounts.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field, such as Trustee, Financial Services, Risk and Compliance, Dispute Resolution or Legal environment.
- Experience working in a client-centric business environment.
- Fiduciary knowledge.
- An understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment.
You will also need sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with specialist teams.
