We are seeking a passionate and driven Trust Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team. Working hand in hand with our Property Managers, you will provide accounting expertise in the day-to-day financial management of designated accounts across Trust, Marketing, and when required, some General Company Accounting.

With an eye for detail and appetite for accuracy, you thrive in an environment offering variety, collaboration with team members and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Working on our diverse property portfolio, you'll be an integral part of our asset teams who deliver real and tangible results for our tenants and property owners.

The key elements of the role include:

  • Mid-month and end of month owner payments

  • High volume processing of creditor invoices

  • Daily Trust bank reconciliations

  • Monthly invoice runs to tenants

  • Landlord and creditor payments

  • Liaising with Property Managers on accounts matters and monthly reporting

  • Ledger reconciliation

  • Lease and assignment of lease set ups

  • Administering Marketing Fund incomes

  • General administrative duties

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience working in property cash and accrual accounting and trust accounts
  • Fully literate in Cirrus8 or equivalent Property Management software
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize deadlines
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
