As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service in the management of their trust accounts.
About the Role- Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and circumstances to effectively manage their trust accounts, identify opportunities for growth and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the book of accounts, ensuring awareness of compliance regulations, regular controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Administer trust accounts in accordance with governing documents, legislation, and company policy on a profitable and commercial basis, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to support service delivery and client experience, driving business outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Seek input from senior team members and specialists to resolve complex matters in a timely manner, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions.
- You must have minimum 2 years' experience in a related field, such as trustee services, financial services, risk management, dispute resolution, or legal environment.
- Experience working in a client-centric business environment is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Fiduciary knowledge and understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a financial services environment are required, along with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
