Job Title: Vendor Replenishment Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Replenishment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure a seamless supply chain experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor and communicate supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and initiating projects as needed.
- Risk Management: Ensure order and event execution, identify potential risks, and collaborate with vendors to find solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Animate regular supply chain meetings and contribute to senior alignment meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors through excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Influencing Skills: Ability to influence mutually beneficial outcomes across various stakeholders, driving results and achieving goals.
- Analytical Approach: Analytical approach with detail and complexity management in fast-paced environments, ensuring that decisions are data-driven and effective.
- Supply Chain Experience: 3+ years of Supply Chain experience with exposure to multiple operational areas, including warehouse, customer care, master data, and supply chain teams.
