Job Summary:
This role involves working with regional business leaders and sales teams to present a competitive edge to clients. As a Client Engagement Director, you will support Hatch sales efforts in Australia/Asia, developing client relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the right-hand to the Regional Leadership Team, providing strategic guidance on client engagement and sales initiatives.
- Serve as an internal coach and expert in winning work, providing business units with knowledge and advice on developing client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales training programs, guiding account managers on account plan development and implementation.
- Collaborate with business unit leadership to review sales pipelines and identify key pursuits for deeper involvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or post-grad in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial, Engineering, Pursuit, or Project Manager role.
- Minimum 5 years' experience pursuing new business, with specific experience in $10 Million (+) pursuits.
- Experience in one of Hatch's core industries required (i.e., Metals, Energy, Infrastructure).
