Senior Workday Functional HCM Consultant

As a key member of our delivery team, we are seeking an accomplished Sr. Workday Functional HCM Consultant to drive exceptional outcomes and foster collaboration.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide the delivery team and ensure program alignment with business objectives.

A critical aspect of your responsibility will be working closely with Project Managers, offshore leads, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality results while focusing on strategy rather than daily configuration.

You will partner with clients to understand their HR requirements and provide customized Workday HCM solutions from design through implementation.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing multiple Workday HCM modules, leading full lifecycle Workday implementations, and offering strategic guidance on Workday best practices.

You will also oversee project delivery, advise clients on system impacts, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients and ensure effective system adoption.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, with minimum 6 years of Workday experience and relevant consulting experience.

Active Workday Certification is required, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes and exceptional communication skills.
