Lead Workday HCM Strategist

The Lead Workday HCM Strategist plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by resolving intricate challenges with Workday systems.

  • Become an expert in Workday HCM and Learning products, with in-depth knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Apply expertise to recommend solutions tailored to clients' requirements, timeframes, and needs, with flexibility to adapt scope as needed.
  • Guide customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and unique business needs.
  • Maintain regular engagement and support throughout project phases, ensuring seamless transitions.

This is a senior-level consulting role that requires exceptional knowledge of Workday HCM and Learning products. As a Lead Workday HCM Strategist, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and providing expert guidance to clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
