Implement Workday HCM Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our team and help organizations achieve their business goals by implementing Workday HCM solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a real impact.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and designing, building, configuring, and testing Workday HCM solutions to meet these needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on Workday HCM best practices and ensuring that solutions meet client expectations;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HCM trends and technologies to drive innovation and excellence;
  • Contributing to the development of internal capabilities and knowledge sharing initiatives.

We are looking for someone who has experience in deploying Workday or other SaaS software solutions, as well as knowledge and experience in translating business requirements into system requirements. A background in functional HCM roles and consultancy experience would be highly regarded.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding client expectations;
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • A collaborative approach, with a focus on teamwork and mutual support.

You should also have advanced analytical & technical skills evidenced by experience playing a role in projects or in a business as usual role. Excellent oral and written communications skills are essential, as is good presentation and facilitation skills. Experience of confidently managing stakeholders is also required. Self-awareness, with the ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations, and strengths, is crucial. A natural tendency towards personal accountability and acting with integrity is essential.
