We are seeking a seasoned HCM Program Manager to lead the implementation of Workday HRIS across our organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change and transformation in our People & Culture landscape. As a dynamic and experienced professional, you will oversee the enterprise-wide rollout of Workday Core HCM and Talent Optimization modules, ensuring seamless system integration with payroll, finance, and other key departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of scope, budget, and timeline management for Workday HRIS implementation
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and project scope
  • Building and leading a cross-functional project team, including internal resources and external vendors
  • Risk management, escalation resolution, and ensuring the program meets its business case while staying within budget
  • Overseeing system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Core HCM and Talent Optimization modules
  • Ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless system integration with payroll, finance, and other key departments

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR digital transformation
  • Proven experience as a business system owner with expertise in product management methodologies
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, and modern HR technology landscapes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects
