Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Support team in Sydney, Australia. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer product inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues related to product installation, operation, maintenance, or compatibility, utilizing your expertise in networking protocols and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including software and hardware engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure seamless customer support and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in networking protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience with Linux and troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark is highly desirable.
