
Strategic Customer Engagement Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled product manager to drive the development of customer engagement solutions for our clients.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing the payment business, working closely with internal stakeholders and partner-relevant teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and successfully carry out customer engagement offerings for our clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide technical and product support to payment service providers
- Harmonize processes throughout the partner lifecycle to improve efficiency and effectiveness
You will be part of our chief product team, working alongside experienced professionals who share your passion for innovation and customer-centric solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent field
- 5+ years' experience in product management
- Able to handle multiple assignments at a time and/or significant projects
