**Job Description**:
A new opportunity for an **IT Engagement Manager - Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS)** to join our Customer Delivery Solutions team.

Reporting into the IT Business Solutions Lead, you will play an integral role in the Engagement function, where you will influence and steer our business to align with the strategic direction and journey for WMS product development and delivery. You will develop strong, value added relationships across Business Development, Operations and Customers, to champion innovative and effective future-ready WMS solutions.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Be the trusted advisor to the delivery team and business by supporting scope discussions and decisions in line with product functionality, connected solution components, best practice and strategic roadmap.
- Engage with Sales and Engagement to ensure WMS proposals are in line with the standard offering or documenting and submitting future development requirements to the Solutions team.
- Convene, manage, and run the WMS Product Development Forum ensuring business leadership & governance shapes the product direction for the solution teams.
- Create and own the Product Backlog and its content part of the overall think-tank group for WMS product development. Constructively triage and debate backlog items ensuring solution team effort is consumed only after business criticality and priority testing has been verified/confirmed.
- Pro-actively educate value of WMS functions/releases/upgrades/improvements to business and operations.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 7 - 10 years in the Supply Chain industry with roles spanning Pre-Sales, Project Delivery and Project/Program Management
- Demonstrated experience either implementing or working with core supply chain technologies especially Warehouse Management System (Infor, RedPraire, BlueYonder, Manhattan, HighJump).
- Expert in Pre Sales engagement and vendor management
- Experience working directly with Business Development and Solutions Design functions
- Experience in software covering such transport management, track and trace, customs management etc is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline
