About the Role
The company is looking for a Strategic Customer Engagement Manager to focus heavily on CRM and customer engagement tools, driving business growth through various systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of current communication and customer management tools
- Growth pipeline and product roadmap aligned with customer strategy
- Customer champion, ensuring strategy delivery throughout technology programs
- Owner and SME for CRM and key customer engagement tools
- Collaboration with stakeholders to understand and anticipate business and technical objectives
- Thought leadership on product roadmap for successful business and Technology programs
About You
You will have proven experience in a mid-senior level role in customer, product, digital or technology, with prior Product Owner and project management experience in Agile methodologies.
Able communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, with knowledge of API integrations and XML schema, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
